Broccoli and Tofu Sesame Stir Fry

Here is a gorgeous dish, packed with protein (49 g per serving!) and flavor, but lite on carbs. Perfect when getting cut!

(Makes two servings)

1 tbsp vegetable oil

2 cups diced firm tofu

2 cups chopped broccoli

1 medium onion, chopped

1 Tbsp sesame seeds

2 cloves garlic

1 Tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil
