Welcome to My Vegan and Fitness Journey

Several years ago, I decided it was time to change my lifestyle. This meant taking control of my life and making important decisions concerning nutrition and fitness.  As a mother of three, including twins, I had put my health on the back burner for too long.  I was overweight, and I was experiencing health problems as a result.  

 

I turned to a vegan, plant-based lifestyle and an intensive fitness routine, including weight lifting, high intensity interval training, Krav Maga (martial arts), yoga, and swimming.  The results are slow, but showing! I am excited to share my journey with you.  - Lucinda
