Fruit Protein Smoothie

This is a cool, fresh way to start your day!

(2 servings)

1 banana, peeled

1 kiwi, peeled

1 handful of fresh strawberries

1 cup orange juice

1 cup apple juice

2 scoops vanilla vegan protein powder

A handful of ice

Any additional nutritionally dense ingredients you’d like to add, such as ground flax seeds, chia seeds, molasses, spirulina…

***

Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.

Protein = 21 g or more, depending on your brand of soy milk, and what seeds you add
