Tofu and Vegetable Stir Fry

Yum. Just yum. And 21 g of bodybuilding protein per serving. That's just a great deal of win.
(Serves 2)
250 g (9 oz) firm tofu, drained and cubed
2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
2 carrots, peeled and chopped
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp neutral tasting vegetable oil
1 Tbsp soy sauce

Heat a wok on high until very hot. Add oil, tofu, and all veg except garlic and ginger. Stir constantly until vegetables are tender crisp and the tofu is golden. Add garlic and ginger, and cook while stirring another minute. Add soy sauce and cook one more minute. Serve hot.
Protein per serving = 21 g
