Raspberry Beret!

Did you know... that 1 cup of fresh raspberries not only has 1.5 g of protein, but more than half of the RDA of vitamin C! They are also high in vitamin K, manganese, and magnesium. Toss them in your smoothies, cereals, baked goods, or just eat them like nature's candy.
