Peanut Butter and Banana Protein Smoothie

This is so good, my non-vegan photographer chugged it like a boss. 31 g of delicious protein!

(1 serving)

1 banana, peeled, cut into pieces, wrapped and frozen

1 Tbsp. peanut butter

1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder

1 1/2 cups soy milk

Any additional nutritionally dense ingredients you’d like to add, such as ground flax seeds, chia seeds, molasses, spirulina…

Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.

Protein = 31 g or more, depending on your brand of soy milk, and what seeds you add
