Oh, Popeye!

Did you know.... that 1 cup of fresh spinach has 1 gram of protein, and is loaded with Vitamins A and K, folate, calcium and iron? Such great news! I keep a bag of fresh, washed baby spinach in the refridgerator at all times. I throw it into my tofu srambles, and into most of my protein shakes. (You can't even taste it in the shakes. Promise!)
