Mighty Broccoli!

Did you know.... that 1 cup of chopped broccoli not only has 3 g of protein, it contains your entire daily requirements of both vitamins C and K! Whoa! It is also high in vitamin A, folate, calcium, iron, magnesium, potasium and manganese. Time to eat your greens!
