Chocolate Raspberry Popeye Smoothie

This smoothie is wonderful! And I promise you, you will not taste the spinach! Add any additional nutritionally dense ingredients you’d like, such as ground flax seeds, chia seeds, molasses, spirulina…
(1 serving)
1 banana, peeled, cut into pieces, wrapped and frozen
1 Tbsp. cacao powder
½ cup fresh raspberries
½ cup fresh baby spinach
1 scoop chocolate vegan protein powder
1 1/2 cups soy milk

Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
Protein = 29 g or more, depending on your brand of soy milk, and what seeds you add
